Andrew attended Lehigh University and then graduated with a Master of Architecture from the distinguished University of Pennsylvania. He then took his talents into the workplace for Skidmore, Owens and Merrill, one of the world’s premier Architecture firms. Upon relocating to Colorado, Andrew worked for several firms including, David Tryba, and Dan Crane, prior to landing with Sprocket in 2007.
With Sprocket, Andrew has operated both as Principal Architect, as well as Construction Project Manager, leading the building and delivery of complex urban projects, including Prospect on Central and Wash Park Place apartments. He has been responsible for delivery of over 60 buildings, with a cumulative value of $400,000,000 and securing entitlements by successfully interfacing with many municipalities simultaneously. Andrew’s time working in the field contributed to his in-depth knowledge of all sides of project execution and introduced technical details into his design practice. Few Architects have the tangible experience of real time, on-site problem solving. Because of his knowledge and experience of actually executing the drawings he has prepared, Andrew is a heavily relied-upon asset to the leadership of Sprocket.
